General requirements:
- Academic background
- At least 2 years experience in event/project management
- High degree of creativity and the ability to organize event/project from the beginning till the end
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Great leadership skills
- Ability to deliver high quality outputs within challenging deadlines
- Team-player, able to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
- Computer proficiency: MS Office Standard, Internet, MS Outlook, Canva, Power Point
Duties:
- Coordinate all EBA Business and networking events (communication with suppliers, service providers, partners etc)
- Develop new projects, events, business conferences and forums
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners and providers
- Developing EBA involvement in preparation of missions/events for external partners
- Arranging for quality locations, catering, translation and other accompanying services and negotiating prices for above services
- Prepare official letters, invitations, other documents
