We are glad to announce the new opening for the role of HR Director.
The HRD implements personnel policies, utilizes a variety of principles, methods, tools and forms of influencing the interests, behavior and activities of employees in achieving the goals of the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding the creation, support and improvement of the effective work system of all employees
- Elaborating and implementing the recruitment and adaptation strategies
- Improving the current business processes and bringing ideas for development of the new processes that correspond to the general strategy of the Company
- Conducing regular annual assessment of the personnel
- Analysing the assessment results
- Improving/updating the KPI system
- Supporting L&D activities and projects
- Elaborating and implementing the strategies on business development of HR services
- Updating Bonus system aligned with corporate strategy
- Managing the department’s budget
- Building effective communication with team leaders, employees
- Creating comfortable atmosphere within the Company
Required Skills:
- Higher education in the relevant field of study;
- Minimum 5 year of relevant professional experience;
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian Labor Law;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and setting priorities, excellent organizational skills, and attention to details;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Proficiency in using various PC programs (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.);
- Flexibility, ability to handle difficult situations;
- Analytical and critical thinking;
- Emotional intelligence.
