- Provided project monitoring and updates information on projects progress, documents and reports regularly on the status of results, contributing to the reporting cycles of the project; the maintenance of projects database.

- Identified and reported about any risks/delay in preparation of technical documentation, any week performance by PPF contractor, experts or any issues / delays by municipality in not fulfilling obligations.

- Supported the U-LEAD /Sustainable Development Unit in verifying all reporting obligations of the PPF contractor.

- Organized and controlled of implementation in development of 25 infrastructure projects for 20 war-affected municipalities:

- the New European Bauhaus principles, the EU’s ambition of creating beautiful, sustainable, and inclusive places, products and ways of living.
