Programme “Support of the Decentralization reform in Ukraine/Ukraine –Local Empowerment, Accountability and Development (U-LEAD) 25 infrastructural projects for 20 Municipalities affected by the russian aggression. Investment value (construction cost) ranging from EUR 0.3 million to EUR 10 million with total work(construction) budget – 139 033 371 EUR.

- Provided quality assurance of all agreed DPP (document preparation plan), design assignments, technical and tender documentation prepared by external providers to prepare projects for financing.

- Participated on the meetings between municipalities and PPF contractor to agree project design documentation. Ensuring proper exchange among municipalities and PPF contractor.

- Monitored preparation of necessary technical documentation, including (timely preparation of deliverables, design activities, timelines, key milestones, outputs etc.)

- Provided project monitoring and updates information on projects progress, documents and reports regularly on the status of results, contributing to the reporting cycles of the project; the maintenance of projects database.

- Identified and reported about any risks/delay in preparation of technical documentation, any week performance by PPF contractor, experts or any issues / delays by municipality in not fulfilling obligations.

- Supported the U-LEAD /Sustainable Development Unit in verifying all reporting obligations of the PPF contractor.
