Domain Specialist Junior

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

Requirements:

• Education in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of DNS and Name Server (NS) fundamentals, including functionality and basic record types.
• Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and control payment transactions.
• Understanding of the processes for domain name registration, transfer, and updating contact information.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Will be plus:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with CloudFlare.
• Experience with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Purchasing domains for holding’s needs.
• Keeping records of domains and actualization information about them.
• Add and remove domains in Cloudflare and Google Workspace.
• Granting access to Cloudflare accounts.
• Communication with other departments on the organization of ordering domains and their support.
• Interaction with registrar support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Preparation of reports or summaries based on data or key information.
