We are looking for a Web Development & UX Specialist (remote / EU time zone) to enhance our website, ensure smooth user experience, and optimize performance through frontend development, analytics, and CRM integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the website development roadmap, coordinating internal and external developers, designers, copywriters, and external agencies.
- Manage frontend development and UX improvements using WordPress, ensuring responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
- Optimize website performance, improving loading speeds and scalability.
- Implement and maintain SEO and content strategy, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Debug website issues, fix broken links, and ensure a seamless donor experience.
- Integrate Salesforce CRM and Dotdigital to optimize donor data flows and engagement.
- Implement tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to monitor user behavior and conversions.
- Enhance website security, ensuring donor data protection and compliance with best practices.
- Act as the primary web development contact for internal teams (fundraising, family support, marketing) to implement new website requests, landing pages, and digital tools.
- Develop and maintain custom landing pages tailored to fundraising campaigns, donor engagement initiatives, and family support programs.
- Work with the fundraising team to improve landing pages, A/B test CTAs, and drive higher conversion rates.
- Stay updated on frontend technologies, UX best practices, and digital trends, applying them strategically.
Requirements
- Expertise in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) to customize website features.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce or similar CRM platforms into web environments.
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, analytics, tracking pixels, and heatmap tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and A/B testing for conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to manage projects, delegate tasks, and coordinate with internal teams and agencies.
- Experience working with fundraising platforms (Fundraise Up or similar) is a plus.
- Native Ukrainian speaker;
- English upper-intermediate.
