We're passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients and are seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and ambitious M&A Legal Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including NDAs, MoUs, SPAs, and other M&A-related agreements.
- Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence to ensure transaction compliance.
- Advising clients on structuring transactions to optimize outcomes.
- Negotiating terms and agreements with clients and counterparties to drive deals to completion.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including investment directors and consultants, to align strategies and execute successful transactions.
- Splitting your responsibilities between legal documentation (50%) and client-facing communication and negotiation (50%).
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLM in Corporate or Commercial Law is a plus).
- Knowledge/experience in M&A transactions, corporate law, or related fields.
- Knowledge of corporate law, securities regulations, tax implications, and contractual law.
- English B2+ is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of finance, including P&L analysis.
- Experience in high-stakes client negotiations is highly valued.
