Junior Legal Counsel for Doctor ELEKS

Doctor ELEKS is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel for Lviv office.

ABOUT PROJECT

Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.

The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of health care service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1.5 years of experience in law
• Master’s degree in law
• Intermediate level of English 
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to study
• Proactiveness

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with relevant areas of law
• Experience in supporting tender processes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing legal support for medical information system (software product) business
• Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating of commercial agreements
• Resolving various legal tasks
• Legal research and analysis
• Providing opinions and summaries on matters of corporate, labor, IP, tax, contract, privacy, and data protection laws
• Work with internal information systems, including documents storage, tasks tracking, etc.
• Providing legal support for tender participation
• The work will concern predominantly Ukrainian jurisdiction
