Join Sure Lock & Key (S.L.K.), a fast-growing U.S.-based locksmith services company with an office in Lviv. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team!
You & Your Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Upper-Intermediate strong level of English as a must)
- Self-organized, responsible, and able to multitask;
- Learn quickly and adapt well to changes;
- NO prior experience needed!
Your responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers;
- Coordinate service appointments between customers and field teams;
- Collecting and transferring customer data to relevant departments;
- Ensuring excellent customer experience;
