We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Paralegal position.
Responsibilities:
- participation in legal support of Tax & Customs Litigation issues arising at the Ukrainian levels;
- research on various Ukrainian law legal matters;
- drafting necessary documents (memoranda, legal opinions, agreements, position papers, claims, motions, appeals, etc.);
- PR activity (publications, comments, conferences etc);
- monitoring legislative changes and court practice;
- general legal support for projects of the practice.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of relevant experience;
- university degree in Law;
- excellent knowledge of Tax & Customs Litigation issues will be an advantage;
- upper-intermediate English is obligatory;
- proficient drafting of analytical and procedural documents;
- analytical and strategic thinking;
- experienced PC, Liga user;
- ability to work with extensive volumes of information under tight deadlines.
