Eirhub is a Ukrainian (Kyiv-based) boutique consultancy specializing in Life Sciences. We believe our mission lies in connecting science, expertise, ideas, technologies, and people to foster better decisions in healthcare, which will benefit patients in Ukraine and around the world and promote principles of sustainable development
The ideal candidate will have Legal Studies / Health Law / Public Health background with a thorough understanding of Paralegal / Researcher functions. Existing experience of similar tasks is not essential but preferable.
We are looking for proactive and creative “information detectives” and excellent hide-and-seek with information winners with at least advanced English and proficiency in www-ing. Our ideal candidate will not be afraid to search through enormous sets of legal documents and other supplementary information and find everything (which is possible nowadays).
Responsibilities:
- Legal analysis of regulatory environments within Life Sciences (Pharma & MedTech) in Ukraine and across the EU and CEE, Central Asia, and South Caucasian countries.
- Participation in ad-hoc projects with permanently changing tasks.
- Participation in multi-stakeholders’ projects involving foreign companies.
- Processing market, legal and regulatory information from multiple sources, restructuring it, cleaning and preparing for analytical notes and briefs.
- Preparing .pptx slides, forming executive summaries, and deriving insights.
- Maintaining and updating the company's report products.
- Working closely with colleagues on advocacy papers and white papers.
Requirements:
- BA/MA degree in Economics, Public Health and Legal Studies (preferably).
- 4-5-year students are welcomed too.
- Advanced English (you will read & write in English 70-90% of your working time).
- Advanced skills of information/ data search on the Web.
- Proficient in data accumulating, processing, and reporting information.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (preferred but not required), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate a massive variety of information into insights and reports.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with an ability to prioritize and manage several open projects at once.
