With genuine care for their co-workers and strong belief that business growth comes through people, they are now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving engagement, development, and well-being across the organisation.
Who you are
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within an international, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour law, HR processes, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Passionate about people, teamwork, and creating a workplace where everyone can grow and feel included.
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
What you'll be doing day to day
- Take care of day-to-day HR operations and make sure everything runs smoothly at the unit level.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development processes to help people grow and succeed.
- Support leaders and teams to strengthen engagement, competence, and performance.
- Organise training, health, and well-being activities that make work life better every day.
- Make sure we follow labour laws, company policies, and good HR practices.
- Encourage open communication and a caring, people-first company culture.
