Trainee Sales Development Representative

As a Trainee Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be involved in generating leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn). You will work closely with the outbound team to identify high-value prospects, personalize outreach messages, and engage decision-makers. This position is perfect for someone eager to develop a career in sales and gain hands-on experience with modern outbound sales tools.

Responsibilities:

• Learn how to use research tools and methods to identify new prospects that align with Leobit’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Assist with gathering company and contact details, understanding how to validate the data for accuracy
• Enrich initial prospect data with relevant information (e.g., company size, tech stack, pain points)
• Validate data accuracy to ensure personalized and targeted outreach
• Support team members in outbound activities (cold emails, LinkedIn), aiming to spark interest and engagement
• Gradually learn to craft personalized messages and adapt them to different channels and audiences
• Update and maintain prospect interactions in Pipedrive CRM, developing a habit of accurate and detailed record-keeping

Requirements:

• Basic usage of Chat GPT and familiarity with digital tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bids and communications
• Interest in developing sales-related skills and a passion for learning about sales processes
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential
• Understanding the software development lifecycle (would be a plus)
• Level of English: Upper Intermediate (at least) or higher
