Project Description:
The project is a push-to-talk and workforce management platform for mobile workers, teams, and big organizations. Currently, a marketing campaign is being conducted to assess market demand, with the initial validation taking place in Ukraine.
We are looking for a specialist to evaluate the market, drive sales, and establish long-term client relationships.
This is a part-time position with an engagement of up to 11 hours per week.

Candidate Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and actively search for new customers.
- Organize and lead meetings (online/offline) to present products and services.
- Conclude deals and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Meet sales targets to capitalize on market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Engage in negotiation and contract discussions with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.

Position Requirements
Experience:
- Proven successful experience in sales .
- Knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
- Experience in analyzing sales data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
- English — Upper-Intermediate
Skills:
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering tailored presentations.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Ability to work independently, handle objections, and achieve results.
