On this position you will:

1. Ordering and Branding of POSM, Coffee Shops, and Special Projects

• Processing requests, evaluating investments.
• Preparing, approving, and launching production.
• Monitoring deadlines, informing the team.
• Implementing branding through an agency or designer.

2. Visuals, Banners, and Mockups

• Updating and providing visuals, developing new designs.
• Creating banners for e-commerce, approval, and submission to networks.
• Receiving files for mockups, selecting a supplier, production, digitization, and transfer to Listex.

3. Product Listing and Distribution

• Providing samples to the team, handling write-offs, and shipping.
• Placing orders with distributors, recording and reconciling expenses in GTN.

4. Organization of BTL Activities

• Logistics, promotional materials, and text preparation.
• Casting promoters, managing tastings, and sampling events.

5. Budgeting and Reporting

• Entering data into GTN, analyzing expenses, and planning budgets.
• Tracking POSM stock levels, write-offs, and warehouse communication.

Qualifications 

• Higher education
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (experience in FMCG/HORECA will be an advantage)
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, developed communication skills, ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
• Time management
• Creativity (e.g., updating catalogs, creating POSM materials, etc.)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Good knowledge of English
