CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the CAPEX Projects team as a Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle across a range of business functions — from plant-based roles to corporate positions. You will work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire the best talent, while also contributing to broader talent acquisition and HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both external and internal hires, from requisition to onboarding. 
• Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate engagement through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. 
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently, ensuring timely and quality hires. 
• Conduct structured, competency-based and behavioral interviews, ensuring a fair and data-driven selection process. 
• Support and execute the company’s internship and early careers programs in collaboration with universities and student organizations — including outreach, assessments, and program coordination. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness). 
• Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects, such as onboarding optimization, employer branding, process improvement, and employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally within both white- and blue-collar environments. 
• Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and digital recruitment platforms. 
• Solid understanding of different interview techniques and assessment methods (including behavioral and situational interviews). 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization. 
• Experience in high-volume hiring is highly desirable. 
• Fluent in Ukrainian; English — intermediate or above.
