Responsibilities:
- Provide full interpretation and translation of customer conversations on various topics.
- Handle incoming audio calls from individuals and businesses.
- Accurately enter information received during calls into the database.
- Maintain a high standard of communication during phone conversations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian / russian (B2 level or higher).
- Higher or specialized secondary education.
- Responsible and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong communication skills.
