Global Licensing Lawyer
Evoplay is one of the leading iGaming providers, recognized for its innovative approach to game development and technological solutions. We are looking for a talented and hard-working colleague to join our team in the position of Global Licensing Lawyer.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in i-gaming industry is required;
Experience in international law from 6 months;
Experience in international licensing;
Skills of legal research;
High level of English language proficiency (B2+);
Strong analytical and organizational skills;
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
What you'll be doing:
Researching and analysing legislation of various jurisdictions, including gaming licensing matters;
Supporting gaming license application process;
Maintaining existing gaming licenses, communicating with local agents and regulators regarding licensing related matters;
Registering companies in various jurisdictions and maintain existing ones in cooperation with local agents and consultants;
Research and analysis of various international corporate and tax issues. Tax structuring. Analysing the tax policy of different jurisdictions;
Dealing with KYC related matters;
Legal paperwork (completing questionnaires, applications, forms, letters, drafting powers of attorney, internal policies and regulations);
Conducting legal research on various legal matters related to day-to-day support of the company’s business activity;
Dealing with a scope of other legal matters under supervision of Head of Legal.
