We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of our sales strategies, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring strong IT Sales background, along with excellent communication, leadership, and proven success in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and business partners to ensure long-term success.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our services are aligned with market demands.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continued growth.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level).
