Redcliffe Partners, a leading Ukrainian law firm, invites qualified professionals to join our collaborative team as a Marketing and BD Assistant. In this role, you'll contribute to our high-profile international projects and play an instrumental part in our marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- Sound academic track record.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as Canva and/or another graphic design tool).
- Excellent command of Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
- Working experience would be a plus but is not mandatory.
- Commitment to excellence, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to think in a structured way, prioritize workload and readiness to find compromises.
- Eagerness to learn and understand the specifics of firm's work.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational and communication skills as well as skills to collaborate.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting of posts and creating banners for social media marketing.
- Conduct regular searches for tender publications across various sources, including government websites, industry publications, and tender platforms.
- Drafting initial documents / proposals based on received requests for proposals.
- Assisting with managing updates to the corporate website, and other firm profiles.
- Assisting with collecting and maintaining a relevant database about lawyers.
- Registering lawyers for the events upon request with adding relevant information in their calendar.
- Recording clients' contact information in the CRM system.
- Fulfilling ad hoc tasks and support marketing-related requests.
