We are looking for an Associate Portfolio Manager with a strong focus on creating high-quality marketing materials for software development practice to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library of marketing materials, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and continuous update and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and write persuasive, high-impact marketing content for software development practice
- Organizing marketing materials in a single catalog
- Manage the process of new materials creation
- Standardize and format existing materials for a consistent presentation.
- Work closely with designers to create visually compelling and brand-aligned marketing materials.
- Recover lost/forgotten materials from the past
- Handle stakeholder requests for support materials in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify gaps in the portfolio and implement solutions.
- Organize and lead regular meetings to share details of completed/ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Strong plus - experience in IT
- English proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
- Proven experience in creating marketing content: Strong ability to write engaging and persuasive copy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (eg, Microsoft Office, presentation software, spreadsheets).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities;
- Ability to work within a tight timeline;
- Be attentive to details;
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and grow.
