We are looking for a Trainee Graphic Designer to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in graphic design while working closely with our marketing and people operations departments. The Trainee Graphic Designer will be responsible for assisting in the creation of visual materials within existing brand guidelines, helping to strengthen Inoxoft’s brand identity across different platforms.
Location: Lviv, Ukraine (Office-based during training period, hybrid schedule afterward)

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and creating a variety of print and interactive projects, including packaging, posters, advertisements, corporate identity materials, social media content, email graphics, and web visuals.
Support the development of branding and marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams.
Work on creative projects from concept to prepress and production.
Collaborate with the brand, engagement, and recruiting teams to implement design solutions.
Ensure consistency of the Inoxoft brand identity across all media platforms.
Manage personal project workflow while coordinating with team members on schedules and priorities.

Requirements:

0-0.5 years of experience in design (students and beginners welcome).
Strong artistic skills and a creative mindset.
A portfolio that showcases a solid understanding of color, layout, and composition.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
Ability to work collaboratively within a creative and marketing environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy in design.
Intermediate English level or better.

Will Be a Plus:

Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
Knowledge of different printing techniques and materials.
Experience with motion graphics or basic animation skills.
