Junior Salesforce Admin

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Admin to join our Sales Operation team. This is an entry level position that reports directly to the Salesforce Manager. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of N-iX’s Salesforce instance and related sales tech stack.

Duties and responsibilities (what you do):

• Administer and configure Salesforce to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Engagement, and other departments, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide daily administration and support for Salesforce, including user management, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations. 
• Maintain security settings and access controls, including profile and permission configurations.
• Create and update reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Automate business processes using Flow.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring optimal adoption.
• Participate in testing, deploying, and integrating new Salesforce features and tools.

Qualifications or performance standards (how you do it):

• 1+  years of Salesforce technical experience
• Understanding of core Salesforce objects and structures (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce administration (Permissions, Profiles, Permission Sets)
• Experience with Flow
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• English - upper-intermediate, Ukrainian - advanced

Will be a plus:

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce
