What you will do

• Actively source and engage passive candidates for IT roles via LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of top tech talent.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Use market insights and analytics to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the first stages of recruitment.
• Conduct market researches, etc.

What you need for this

• Higher education.
• Excellent data processing and basic IT skills.
• Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage passive candidates.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and a creative approach to sourcing strategies.
