We are currently looking for a Corporate In house lawyer to join iGaming project.

Our client is a software provider of premium iGaming solutions, offering end-to-end platforms and services. Our innovative approach centers on delivering unmatched player experiences through customization, gamification, and integration of cutting-edge technologies.

About the Role:

We need an In-house lawyer specializing in iGaming regulations to support our global operations.

Type of cooperation: Full-time cooperation, remote

 You can be part of the following team: Product Owner, Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Copywriter, Business Analyst, Front-end Developer, Back-end Developer, QA Engineer, DevOps.

Your responsibilities on the project will be:


  •  Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring adherence to international gambling laws, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

  •  Licensing & Permits – Managing relationships with gaming regulators and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements across different jurisdictions.

  • Contracts & Agreements – Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with payment providers, software vendors, affiliates, and external partners.

  • Risk Management & Dispute Resolution – Handling legal disputes, chargebacks, responsible gaming policies, and player protection measures.

  • Tax & Financial Regulations – Advising on gambling taxation, cross-border financial transactions, and compliance with financial authorities.

  • Advertising & Marketing Compliance – Ensuring that marketing campaigns and affiliate partnerships follow advertising restrictions in regulated markets.

  •  Internal Legal Support – Providing legal guidance to the executive team on strategic decisions, acquisitions, and expansion plans.

Our requirements to you:


  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in the dynamic world of iGaming.

  •  iGaming & Gambling Law – Expertise in international gaming laws, regulations, and licensing.

  •  Regulatory Compliance – AML, KYC, GDPR, and responsible gaming policies.

  • Contracts & Negotiation – Drafting and reviewing agreements with payment providers, vendors, and affiliates.

  •  Corporate & Commercial Law – Business structuring, M&A, and partnerships.

  •  Risk & Dispute Management – Handling legal disputes, chargebacks, and regulatory investigations.

  • Financial & Tax Compliance – Gambling taxation, cross-border transactions, and financial reporting.

  • Advertising Regulations – Compliance with gambling-related marketing laws.

  • Legal Research & Policy – Regulatory analysis and internal policy development.

  • Communication Skills – Drafting legal documents and liaising with regulatory bodies.

  • Proficient level of English (both written and verbal)

It will be a plus if you have experience with:

    

  • Multi-Jurisdictional Licensing – Experience with MGA, Curacao, UKGC, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, and others.

  • Fintech & Payments Law – Payment processing, crypto compliance, and e-wallet regulations.

  • US & Asian Gaming Laws – Navigating regulations in the US, China, Japan, and emerging markets.

  •  Blockchain & Crypto Compliance – Crypto gambling, smart contracts, and digital assets regulations.

  • Regulatory Audits & Investigations – Handling compliance audits and regulatory inquiries.

  • Gaming Platforms & Software – White-label casinos, betting software, and responsible gaming tools.

  • Litigation & Enforcement – Managing player disputes, penalties, and business rights.
