Our company is looking for a proactive paralegal who is eager to solve complex issues. Our main specialization is accounting outsourcing and business consulting for foreign companies or companies with foreign investments. Our company has German roots, so we value efficient work and discipline. Communication skills and self-organization are equally important to us.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher legal education;
• Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate - oral and written for daily use;
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, self-confidence, ability to work in a team;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience with various types of contracts (civil, commercial, labor) in drafting, amending, and reviewing (in English and Ukrainian);
• Experience in the registration/liquidation of LLCs;
• Experience in making changes to the information in the Unified State Register regarding LLCs;
• Development of internal company documents;
• Obtaining work and residence permits for foreigners.
