We're excited to offer an opportunity for Translation Admin Specialist to join our T&L HUB.

With you we will:  

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues in translation platforms and authoring tools;
• Coordinate translation projects and develop simple project plans;
• Support SMEs with training on translation processes;
• Perform layout adjustments of translated materials in authoring tools (eg, Articulate 360, Adobe After Effects);
• Contribute to governance documentation and support continuous improvement.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in applied linguistics, International relations, Communication or related areas would be an advantage; 
• Good knowledge of MS Office Tools and preferably knowledge of Translation applications (XTM, Systran, etc.); 
• English (advanced written and verbal); 
• Ability to deal with stressful situations and short deadlines; 
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence stakeholders; 
• Ability to manage priorities, foresee risks and take appropriate actions; 
• Good planning, organizational and time-management skills; 
• Learning agility.
