Trainee for the Reskill Program SAP QM (Quality Management)
De7 Partner, the partner of a leading IT Consulting Company in Europe, is looking for experienced professionals with a background in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management to join our SAP QM (Quality Management) reskill program.
You will master how to:

The reskill program includes:
- 1–1.5 months: Gaining fundamental knowledge of SAP QM through a paid training program.
- 1.5–7 months: Developing practical skills by working on a real project under the guidance of an experienced mentor – paid hands-on project experience.
- 8–12 months: Preparing for and successfully passing the SAP certification, leading to a promotion to Junior Consultant.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or as a Key User of SAP QM;
- Strong knowledge of quality planning, inspection management, nonconformance handling, and corrective/preventive actions;
- Experience in supplier quality management, in-process and final product inspections, batch management, and compliance with industry standards;
- Understanding of audit processes, regulatory requirements, and quality reporting;
- Experience in data migration or SAP module implementation is a plus.
Languages:
Fluent English (minimum B2, ideally C1).
