Fintech software development company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. As a Junior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the company’s legal team, assisting with various legal tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the contracts with the contractors and clients;
- Providing legal support for background check procedures;
- Communicating with contractors, sending letters and requests in regard to legal issues; conducting legal research and analysis;
- Assisting with other legal tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to draft, analyze, and amend contracts concerning legal and business implications (Ukraine, US, EU law);
- Understanding of key industry contractual terms;
- Organizing and maintaining legal records and archives efficiently;
- Legal Research and legal writing skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian Law (corporate, civil, business law);
- Strong communication skills: English B2+, Ukrainian — fluent;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Time management skills.
