Who We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Nurse/Coordinator for our Kyiv clinic. If you are ready to expand your professional horizons and contribute to the advancement of modern medicine, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the procedure room

• Perform nursing procedures (venous blood collection, drug administration, vitals monitoring, ECG)

• Prepare and process biological samples

• Manage inventory of study-related medications and medical supplies, including storage, disposal, and reordering

• Maintain study documentation and participate in SOP development

• Enter study data into electronic data capture systems (EDC)

• Assist investigators in patient enrollment and follow-up

• Ensure compliance with GCP standards and SOPs

• Participate in data quality control procedures

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree in nursing or mid-level medical education (nursing, general medicine, or midwifery)

• At least 5 years of nursing experience

• Fluent in Ukrainian and capable of reading and understanding medical documentation in English (B1+)

• Skilled in working with medical records and electronic systems

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Confident user of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint (a plus)
