Your role in Temar
- Developing sales and distribution by acquiring new customers and maintaining good relationships with current business partners (primarily retail chains and significant distributors).
- Achieving sales and quality targets with assigned clients in the designated operational area.
- Launching new products in the market.
- Managing the entire sales process cycle in collaboration with various company departments.
- Developing and implementing sales growth strategies in the specified territory.
- Initiating, coordinating, and overseeing promotional activities with clients.
- Monitoring and accounting for allocated budgets, including promotions, discounts, and bonuses.
- Negotiating and enforcing contracts and trading terms.
- Conducting regular client visits.
- Preparing business presentations.
- Collaborating effectively and communicating with sales team members and other company departments.
- Analyzing sales, suggesting improvements, and preparing regular reports.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
Your qualification
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position in the food sector, preferably in the dairy industry.
- Ukrainian native and proficient in English for effective communication;
- Skilled in negotiation and capable of preparing commercial offers.
- Knowledgeable about the FMCG industry.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite.
- Experienced in developing cooperation with retail chains and distributors in Ukraine.
- Highly motivated with excellent personal work organization.
- Ready for regular client visits.
- Holds a valid Category B driving license.
