As a Senior Facebook Media Buyer at Adsomnia, you will take the lead in designing and executing high-impact campaigns on Facebook. Your responsibilities as our Lead / Senior Facebook Media Buyer:

Strategic
Innovation:  
-   Expand Adsomnia's media buying activities by generating innovative solutions and building a robust BH infrastructure for Facebook media buying within the dating niche.

Audience Research and Segmentation:  
- Conduct in-depth audience research to identify demographics, behaviors, and interests, creating tailored segmentation strategies to enhance campaign engagement and performance.

Competitor Analysis: 
- Analyze competitor campaigns to uncover trends and opportunities, using these insights to maintain a competitive edge and innovate within the dating niche.

Campaign Management: 
- Set up, monitor, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to ensure effective performance and goal alignment. 
- Continuously optimize campaigns by analyzing performance metrics and adjusting targeting, creatives, and placements. 
- Test and refine conversion flows to enhance campaign effectiveness and user engagement

Ad Creative Development: 
- Collaborate with creative teams to design, develop, and test impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. 
- Ensure all ad content adheres to brand standards and aligns with campaign objectives.

Data Analysis: 
- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making. 
- Develop detailed performance reports and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Conversion Flow Optimization: 
- Create, develop, and test various conversion flows to maximize lead generation and improve user experience. 
- Identify and implement strategies to streamline the customer journey and increase conversion rates.

Job requirements for our Lead / Senior Facebook Media Buyer:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 
- 3+ years of experience in Facebook media buying. 
- Proven experience as a Facebook media buyer, preferably in the affiliate marketing industry. 
- Understanding of the specifics of the dating niche. 
- Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem related to BH advertising. 
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly. 
- Creative thinking to develop effective ad strategies and compelling creatives. 
- Strong negotiation skills
