MS SQL DEVELOPER      

We are looking for a MS SQL Developer to join our team in Kyiv. 

Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations. 

 
A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient. 

Main duties and responsibilities:  

• Covering SQL Server Database Engine and Integration Services responsibilities 

• Developing, implement and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS, SQL Server, etc. workflows for effective data transformation and modelling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data pipelines 

• Design and optimize data process, write complex stored procedures and jobs. 

• Developing and managing SSIS packages 

• Development of ETL procedures 

• Participating in development of new features by modeling or refactoring the database model 

• Continuously improving existing DB performance 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate data engineering solutions 

• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, power automate is a plus 

Requirements: 

• University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related Engineering fields 

• MS SQL Server (2012+): Database Engine, Reporting Service, Integration Services 

• Developing, managing, and optimizing SSIS packages 

• Proficiency in T-SQL in all aspects (DML, DDL etc.)  

• Proficiency in writing, debugging SQL stored procedures, ETL solutions, SSIS. 

• Practical experience in optimization on the DB model (structure, triggers, stored procedures/ functions) 

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills 

• Proficient level of English 

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working closely with development teams 

• Experience in using modern Integrated Development Platforms (i.e., Visual Studio) 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, show ownership towards work 

Would be an advantage: 

• Experience in development of highly load OLTP systems. 

• Experience in Banking sector/Financial organization. 

• Experience in SSIS, Service Broker 

• Experience in harmonization of Business Requirements 

• Experience with Azure SQL Server
