Senior Recruiter (Cyprus)

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team at Smarter. If you have strong experience in recruitment, a talent for finding the best professionals, and are eager to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
Managing the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing;
Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies;
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on hiring strategies;
Advising stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks;
Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership teams;
Proactively sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks;
Conducting structured interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit;
Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring outcomes;
Leading salary and benefits negotiations with candidates;
Analyzing recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill, fill rate, and other KPIs;
Supporting junior recruiters through mentorship and training;
Sharing best practices and contributing to team development.
What we expect:
5+ years of recruitment experience, including local and international hiring;
Full-cycle recruitment expertise: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding;
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search, alternative platforms);
Proven success in closing complex or high-level positions;
Demonstrated ability to reduce time-to-hire or improve recruitment efficiency;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in mentoring junior recruiters.
Advanced level of English. Fluent Ukrainian
