Property Manager (Appliance Repair)

Big City HVAC & Appliance Repair is looking for Business Development / Partnership Manager to join our team.

Who are we?

We are a San Diego-based service company operating in  five  US states. We repair appliances and HVAC, and work in the Property sectors, COD and Insurance.

We are currently urgently seeking an employee to join our team:
someone who is dynamic,confident,organized and sociable.

What will you do in Big City:

• Search for Property Managers;
• Negotiate and build long-term partnerships with them;
• Present our company;
• Monitor the execution of work received from PM.   

We are 100% sure to invite you to an interview if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales;
• You know how to sell long-term cooperation, not a one-time service;
• You understand What is the sales funnel;
• Have previously worked in Property Management;
