We are seeking highly organized Experienced Tracking Dispatchers who will be in charge of identifying, planning and coordinating over the road shipments for our customers. Dispatcher is a front line representative of our company and must constantly demonstrate our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our clients and ensuring fair business practices with each of our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with GPS or tracking software is a strong plus
- Knowledge and experience (track&trace) in the expedited transportation industry is a significant advantage
- English — at least B2 (upper-intermediate)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with the drivers to coordinate equipment and freight to maintain maximum productivity and efficiency
- Communicate with drivers to ensure that on-time service is provided for all customer shipments
- Maintain accurate records, including time/date stamps and any specific customer notes
- (If you have experience in booking you can have a possibility to book the loads)
SCHEDULE:
- 21:00—06:00 / 22:00—07:00 / 23:00—08:00 (5/2 or 4/4)
