We are seeking a passionate Part-Time English Teacher to help our employees master English and enhance their customer communication skills. Your role will focus on improving fluency, confidence, and professionalism in both written and spoken English.
Currently, we are looking for a teacher for one intermediate+ level group, with 2 lessons per week, each lasting 90 minutes. There is also the possibility of increasing the workload with additional groups.
Requirements
— Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
— Proven experience as a Corporate English Teacher, ideally in a tech or IT company.
— Familiarity with IT terminology, product documentation, and technical communication.
— Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
— Ability to adapt teaching styles for diverse groups and proficiency levels.
— Strong organizational and time-management skills.
— Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for teaching (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Miro).
Responsibilities
— Develop and deliver customized English lesson programs tailored to employees' roles and proficiency levels.
—Conduct group classes for groups of 3–6 employees.
— Help employees enhance their spoken English and business communication skills.
— Organize interactive activities such as role-playing, debates, and case studies to improve practical language use.
— Provide feedback and support to employees on their written and spoken communication.
— Regularly assess employees' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
— Maintain records of training attendance, progress reports, and learning outcomes, as well as record video sessions of lessons.
— Stay updated on modern teaching techniques and integrate tools like apps, software, and online platforms to improve learning outcomes.
