Account Manager for Doctor Eleks

ELEKS is looking for an Account Manager for Doctor ELEKS in Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Rivne and Uzhhorod.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and overseeing product execution to achieve business objectives.

Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.
The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of health care service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (experience in IT industry would be a plus)
• Experience in Project Coordination / IT Sales / Client Relationship management
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of clients and technical experts
• Experience in healthcare-related projects - preferred, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with Ukraine's Healthcare System - desired, but not mandatory
• Strong Intermediate level of English
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of clients and technical experts
• Enjoy working in a team, fast-paced environment
• Readiness for business trips if needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client’s needs on a regular basis
• Help to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs and expectations
• Coordinate with Sales Office, Deployment and Support, Technology Division
• Keep all information on client’s cooperation integral and up to date
• Compiling and preparing regular reports and correspondence
• Instantly notify management team of critical client issues with the services we are providing
• Control financial relationships with the client
