Conversational Designer

Currently, we’re seeking an experienced Conversational Designer for a project-based job, but we can also consider a part-time or full-time.
What tasks you will work on:
- Design and create conversational flows for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other conversational interfaces
- Work closely with the team to align conversational design with business goals and user needs
- Conduct user research and testing to optimize and refine the conversational experience
- Continuously improve conversational designs based on analytics and user feedback
- Create and maintain conversational documentation and style guides
Your very-good-to-have:
- Proven experience as a Conversational Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and analytics tools.
