• Esper Hand is a self-learning robotic prosthetic hand that detects muscle activity and adjusts the control to behavior patterns of the user to perform everyday tasks In a more human-like dexterity. 
• Esper Control is a non-invasive, electromyography-based brain-computer interface that translates muscle signals into movements of the robotic hand, enabling seamless interaction.
• Esper Platform is a cloud-based software solution that uses machine learning algorithms to individualize the control of wearables, including the Hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Grant Research

• Monitor and identify relevant funding opportunities (government, private, international).
• Assess eligibility and report on potential grants.

Grant Applications

• Coordinate and gather necessary information for applications.
• Write and edit proposals, budgets, and work plans.
• Ensure timely and compliant submission.

Grant Management

• Oversee project execution according to approved plans.
• Prepare and submit progress and financial reports.
• Maintain communication with grantors for updates and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in grant research, application writing, and management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, particularly for grant proposals.
• Experience working with international organizations and foundations.
• High level of responsibility, organization, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English (Advanced level).
