Financial Manager

What We Expect From You:

• at least 2 years of proven experience in finance or accounting;

• excellent spoken and written English. At least an upper-intermediate (B2) level is a must;

• strong organizational and multitasking abilities;

• solid understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, discounts, and accounts receivable management;

• proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and task management tools;

• analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills;

• exceptional communication skills, responsibility, and persistence;

• Personal Qualities: detail-oriented, punctual, and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations:

• analyze and optimize company expenses; post and maintain accounting records;

• conduct day-to-day payments for operational needs;

• ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Client Relations:

• communicate with clients on financial matters, providing ongoing support;

• manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments;

• maintain and update client databases, including discounts and contact details;

• draft client correspondence, such as updates and payment reminders.

Reporting and Analysis:

• prepare, analyze, and present financial reports;

• monitor and evaluate company expenses and income.

Team Collaboration:

• work closely with other departments and external partners on financial matters;

• monitor and promptly respond to client emails and financial inquiries.
