Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will enhance FasterPay’s online visibility, drive organic and paid traffic, and optimize search engine performance to improve lead generation and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure on-page SEO best practices are implemented.
Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to measure and improve SEO/SEM efforts.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, rankings, conversions, and ad spend.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Work closely with web developers to improve website performance, load times, and technical SEO.
Perform link-building campaigns and outreach to strengthen FasterPay’s domain authority.
Provide insights and recommendations for landing page optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO and SEM, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and PPC platforms.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress for implementing on-page SEO.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
