Associate

Elegit Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our Cross-Border Litigation & Arbitration practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on international dispute resolution, cross-border litigation, and arbitration matters
• Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, procedural documents, and case strategies
• Conducting legal research on international and foreign law issues
• Collaborating with foreign counsel on multi-jurisdictional disputes
• Drafting submissions and representing clients before Ukrainian courts and international arbitration tribunals

Requirements:

• Law degree from a reputable Ukrainian university
• 2-4 years of experience in litigation and/or arbitration at a law firm or legal department
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian procedural law and experience in dispute resolution
• Familiarity with international commodities trade and related arbitration rules (GAFTA, FOSFA) is a plus
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills
