Kickstart your logistics career with a fast-growing European transport company! We’re looking for a motivated Transport Tracking Specialist to join our Odesa team. This is your entry ticket into international logistics — with excellent opportunities to grow into a Dispatcher position and significantly increase your income.
Important: This is an on-site position at our Odesa city center office (not remote).
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Disposition Department with daily operations
- Coordinate and monitor drivers and shipments across Europe
- Track transport progress to ensure on-time deliveries
- Keep accurate records of orders, suppliers, and customers
- Handle delivery issues, returns, and transport damages professionally
- Communicate with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth workflows
- Prepare and issue shipping and transport documents
Your Profile
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher) – German or Polish is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
- Proactive and responsible, with an eye for detail
- Team player who can also work independently
- Basic understanding of transport/logistics processes and good IT skills
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary:
- First 6 months: €250
- Months 7–12: €375
- After 12 months: €500
Monthly performance bonuses (average):
- First 6 months: ~€250
- Months 7–12: ~€375
- After 12 months: ~€500+
Total expected income (salary + bonuses):
- First 6 months: ~€500/month
- Months 7–12: ~€750/month
- After 12 months: €1,000+/month
