What we’re looking for:
- Law degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in international legal practice.
- Experience working in complicated industries (iGaming, fintech, digital).
- Ability to independently manage projects from task to result.
- Understanding of incorporation, KYC, AML, and other compliance specifics.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with iGaming licensing is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with PSP/EMI interaction is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of incorporating foreign companies (EU, UK, offshore, Asia).
- Opening bank and EMI accounts (classic banking and fintech platforms).
- Connecting PSP providers.
- Assisting in the iGaming licensing process, including B2B/B2C registrations.
- Supporting and structuring client businesses in iGaming and HiTech niches.
- Communication with registrars, payment systems, banks, and government agencies.
- Participation in building the company’s internal knowledge base and legal standards.
