Junior Recruiter | Researcher

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our remote recruitment team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to start a career in tech recruitment and loves finding hidden talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting research, using different sources and strategies to gather data

• Source potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks

• Screen CVs

• Support senior recruiters with candidate outreach

• Track and report on sourcing metrics

• Helping in building a positive workplace climate

Required Qualifications:

• Upper-intermediate (written and spoken)

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent internet research skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to learn and work independently

• Strong organizational skills

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in recruitment or recruitment courses

• Understanding of IT industry roles and technologies
