Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and coordinating the exchange of information with drivers to ensure on-time delivery of freight.
• Continuous processing of shipment requests and related information.
• Calculating cargo space and matching it with shipment dimensions.
• Constant communication with the team and other departments involved in transportation organization.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and achieve better pricing conditions.

Requirements:

• Confident PC user.
• Experience in working with clients (by phone or in person).
• Responsibility and ability to stay organized in critical situations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
• Stress resistance and multitasking ability .
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills .
