Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating the exchange of information with drivers to ensure on-time delivery of freight.
- Continuous processing of shipment requests and related information.
- Calculating cargo space and matching it with shipment dimensions.
- Constant communication with the team and other departments involved in transportation organization.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and achieve better pricing conditions.
Requirements:
- Confident PC user.
- Experience in working with clients (by phone or in person).
- Responsibility and ability to stay organized in critical situations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Stress resistance and multitasking ability .
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills .

- Working hours: 15:00 —01:00 (5/2) — (15-00-21-00 office, 21-00-01.00 remote)
