We are dynamic and growing e-commerce company specializing mainly in health and personal care products. With over 10 years of experience in the USA and European markets, we have successfully developed multiple brands and continue expanding. Currently, our team consists of 15 full-time and 1 part-time professionals, and we are excited to welcome new members to help drive our success further.

Now we are looking for a professional Customer Support (Product Analyst) to join our team and help us maintain the quality of our Amazon account.

What we expect from our candidate:

  • English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Proficiency in Excelexperience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with Amazon or similar English-speaking e-commerce platforms is required.
  • Strong analytical and concentration skills.
  • Comfortable with working through a time-tracker.

What will you do?

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints on Amazon and Walmart platforms.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular analytical reports based on customer reviews and feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product and service improvement.
  • Conduct systematic analysis of product and competitor reviews (review scoring).
  • Prepare analytical summaries with improvement suggestions to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Monitor assigned product categories to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Identify and manage policy violation cases, follow up until resolution.
