As we continue to expand, we are looking for a product manager to play a key role in developing new products and driving innovation within the company.

You are the ideal candidate if you:
Have a technical education in electronics, lighting technology, or a related field.
Have experience in developing new products and bringing them to market.
Understand the structure and functionality of luminaires and have in-depth knowledge of the lighting industry.
Can write clear and detailed technical specifications and work with technical documentation.
Stay up to date with innovations in electronics, instrumentation, and lighting technology.
Are proficient in working with computers and specialized software for design and analysis.
Have English language skills at an intermediate (B1) level or higher.

What will you be doing?
Develop and launch innovative lighting products.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify customer needs to create competitive products.
Manage the product portfolio: define promising directions, update, and improve existing solutions.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to develop new lighting solutions.
Oversee the full product development cycle – from concept to production launch.
Analyze product performance and implement improvements.

Office in Warsaw: AL. Krakowska 110/114, B26, 02-256.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00), with a hybrid work option after the adaptation period.
