We are looking for an IT System Support Engineer to join our team. You will be a part of our professional team and be engaged in the process of growth and development.
As an IT Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for continuous technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues from end-users related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
This is you
- 6 months of experience as an IT Helpdesk/IT Tech Support/ System Support
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge in Network and security
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management
Knowledge and experience in Information technology systems analysis and maintenance
English — Upper-intermediate or higher
This is your role
Identify, develop, and implement business goals and strategies
Manage the company's client machines and workstations (employee equipment such as laptops, monitors, etc.)
Provide support for the company's videoconferencing system
Support printing and scanning devices
Deliver technical support for all internal hardware and software
Maintain network equipment and ensure network availability
Handle all Microsoft 365-related requests from employees
Plan, coordinate, and execute daily operations and projects as assigned by superiors or relevant stakeholders
